Lexie Stobie

Lexie Stobie is a 19-year old singing sensation from Worcester in the UK. At 16 Lexie entered the BBC Radio 2 Young Chorister of the Year competition. She made it to the final which was held at Westminster Abbey.

The programme was broadcast on Radio 2, and this led to Lexie's song being chosen by BBC Radio 4 as their Pick of the Week. This then resulted in an appearance on BBC Songs Of Praise, the UK's most watched music programme in 2007. Lexie appeared on Songs of Praise again in their programme of highlights of 2007 and also in 2008.

Lexie has had a busy and successful 2009, with two song-writing trips to the USA; lots of live work; signing to Decca Records, and, yet another Songs of Praise filmed for broadcast in January 2010.
